Alternatively you can use my services for a one off project like an ad account review or training session. Ideal if you consider yourself a PPC whizz & you’re already getting results but want to see if there’s room to improve or get a second opinion.

Either way you’ll receive a detailed pitch that breaks down exactly what I’ll be doing, when & for how long.

My approach

Like any good marketeer I begin by learning everything I can about your business & target market. This will begin with a discovery call with you to check that we are a good fit, & then I’ll send you an on-boarding questionnaire so I can understand more about your needs & business goals.

If needed I will then audit your ad accounts & give you an honest professional opinion of where I think you are winning/losing & what you need to do to elevate your strategy & succeed.

I won’t try & sell a service to you that I don’t genuinely believe will help you achieve your goals. Every business is unique & I don’t believe a marketeer can take a one size fits all approach. I champion good communication & use a number of tools to keep you up to date with what I’ve done & what the results are each month.

My story

My marketing career started through running my own domestic cleaning business. I developed a real passion for digital advertising & found I was pretty good at it too. As a busy business owner wearing multiple hats everyday (gah) I knew only too well how much other business owners struggled to find time to utilise PPC to market their business properly online.

So I returned to college in my 30’s to achieve my Professional Certificate in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and set out to empower SMEs to be able to utilise digital channels to grow their business. To make digital advertising accessible, understandable and within reach of the small and medium sized business community. It wasn’t easy, returning to study after so long, and with a young family to take care of I faced a lot of challenges. But I knew that stepping beyond my comfort zone would take me to where the magic happens, so I followed my new purpose without looking back.

I spent 5 years working for an award winning digital agency honing my skills. I started as Marketing Assistant, then Marketing Executive & finally PPC Manager. I worked with a vast array of businesses, large & small, B2C & B2B. I qualified as a Google Ads Professional in 2014 & won the agency their prestigious Google Partner accreditation in 2015. I then made the cross to client side as Digital Marketing Manager for a year to immerse myself in a single brand & strategy.

As Digital Marketing Manager I was responsible for allocating the entire marketing budget, developing & implementing the marketing strategy & upholding the brand identity. This included a complete rebrand & creation of brand guidelines, the development & management of the bespoke WordPress website, all online & offline marketing including: organising events, direct mail shots, email marketing, PPC configuration & management, SEO, social media management & ads, content & copy (both online & for print). I reduced their overall cost per lead from £350 to under £100 in my first 3 months.

With what I felt was enough experience under my belt in 2018 I began life as a freelancer. I have moved to specialise in Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads, as well as offering digital consultancy & WordPress website design. I love nothing more than using my breadth of experience to help businesses like yours understand how PPC & social media marketing can assist you to realise your potential. I know from experience how many balls there are to juggle as a business owner & I am here to help you cut through the noise & focus your energy & resources on what will truly move your business forward.
