After many years in the business and with the industry evolving and changing Phil decided to invest heavily in a state of the art 5 axis CNC machine to diversify his offering for his B2B customers.

The CNC machine meant Phil could offer more intricate work and at a faster, more efficient pace, offering his customers valuable time and financial savings.

Phil came to me looking to drive enquiries and get his CNC machine working to full capacity, reducing the time it took to pay for its initial investment.

We worked together to develop a compelling landing page and configure a bespoke Google Search campaign that would ensure that Cooper Joinery & CNC Services Ltd would appear on page 1 of Google when potential customers searched for CNC machining services in the area.

In 6 months enquiries have soared for CNC machining and the machines output has increased significantly 🚀

Before we worked with Chantal we were struggling to find the best way to reach potential B2B customers to let them know that our new CNC machine was here to help them with their wood machining needs. Having predominantly traded on word of mouth for private clients and builders in the past with our joinery service, our new CNC machine opened up a whole new world of possibilities, and we just didn’t know how best to capitalise on it. Having spoken to a number of different firms with regards to advertising we were overwhelmed with the fact that every single one had a different view as to the best way forward, wanting us to spend thousands of pounds with no guarantee of a return.

I had heard of Chantal before, and knew she was an expert with Google Ads. I use Google for everything, and so felt this was the best place to start to try and drive awareness of our CNC capabilities. Chantal visited our business, asked us the questions we wanted to hear, and listened to everything we wanted to say. We work as a team here, and everybody was able to give their input to enable her to get a true picture of what we could offer our clients, and ultimately what we needed to achieve.

Since working with Chantal we’ve jumped from maybe 5 enquiries a month to at least 5 a week now, incredible! Chantal achieves these results for our business by constantly reviewing our Google Ads, and monitors what is working and what isn’t, to ensure that we do not waste a penny of our budget. We have secured contracts from all over the country, and if she had not put us where we needed to be on the Google ladder none of this would have been possible. For us to be able to concentrate on working for our customers rather than having to spend time to find them has meant our business has grown, and our business is now on the “CNC Map” thanks to Chantal.
